Maker: Unknown, Agra India
Pattern: The carpet is in a Turkmen pattern, and the colors are a "brownish red" with a "tan/olive" color border.
Era: I believe this carpet to be early to mid 20th century, but I am not an expert on rugs/carpets. Included is a tag that has come loose that gives the origin of the carpet as Agra in a "Turkmen" design. Also included is a "certificate of Authenticity" from a company call "Lapis". I know nothing of the company and only include the COA because it came with the carpet.
Includes: Carpet, tag, and "COA"
Condition: The carpet is in very good condition and has obviously seen only very light traffic over the years. There is a slight "musty" odor to the carpet, but we will try air the carpet out prior to shipping. A good cleaning would probably eliminate the odor.
Measurements: The carpet measures approximately 8' 1" x 10' 3".
